Price: The monthly fee (excluding tax) listed on each service plan page. Japanese consumption tax of 10% is added when the invoice is issued, and the total is debited from your point balance or paid online via PayPal or credit card. Usage-based charges, such as data transfer overage and Object Storage capacity, may be added on top.
Charges other than the product price: Internet access and communication charges are your responsibility. Listed prices exclude tax; Japanese consumption tax of 10% is charged separately on each invoice. Late payment interest of 14.6% per annum may be charged on overdue amounts.

Payment timing: Usage for the previous month is invoiced at the start of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued. If your point balance is sufficient, it is debited automatically on issue.
Service delivery timing: The service is available immediately after your order (resource creation) completes. Provisioning may take a few minutes.
Returns and cancellation: Because of the nature of the service, refunds are not available once use has begun. Resources can be deleted from the console at any time with no cancellation request required, and usage up to the moment of deletion is prorated by day and added to your next invoice.
System requirements: We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge for using the console.
